- PhD in Management Science, University of Nancy 2, France, 2010

- Master in Business Administration, University of Nancy 2, France, 2004

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Danang University, A.U.F program, France, 2003

Working Experience:

          Dr.   Hung worked as a lecturer for University of Nancy 2, France in Business Administration from 2006 to 2008. He also had experience as a lecturing assistant in Nancy Business School, France from 2008 to 2010. He also had one year experience as a project specialist for Dong A Bank in Vietnam. Since 2012, Dr Hung has been working for DISED and was appointed as vice director since November 2013. He had publications in domestic and international magazines and many projects at province levels.
